Cancellations/Policies

I value my time and energy.  I know you will too when you come for your first session. 

Emergencies happen, life happens and cancellations happen!  I respect and understand that things can get in the way of you getting here on time or at all.  If you are running late, or cannot make it, please do me the courtesy of a text or a phone call of some sort to let me know. 

If you cannot make it to your session at all, please try your best to give me a 24 hour notice.  If you don't do that or if you are a "no-show" I will charge you the cost of your appointment.
